Clear and complete information helps us support you effectively in coordination with your acquirer and POS vendor.
The acquirer can check for known service disruptions and assist with initial troubleshooting steps and can advise if there are any known outages and assist with first-level troubleshooting.

After Contacting the Acquirer
If the acquirer has ruled out any known issues or advised escalation, please:

Collect the following details:

Store name and best contact number.

EFTPOS terminal type, including Terminal and Merchant ID (found on the receipt print out).
- POS Application name / POS Vendor.

Any error messages (screenshots and Client logs if possible).

Approximate time when the issue started.

A description of the issue.
